1. About the service

Cuki is an AI character platform offering interactive stories, AI characters and creative conversations. By using the service you agree to this agreement.

2. AI-generated content disclaimer

All character replies and story content are generated by AI and are entirely fictional. They may be inaccurate and must not be relied upon as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, etc.). AI characters are not real persons.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account safe. You must be of legal age in your region, or use the service under guardian supervision.

4. Content rules

All content on the platform must remain appropriate for a general audience. It is prohibited to create or spread illegal, pornographic, violent, hateful or otherwise harmful content. Characters you create must not infringe others' rights (portrait, copyright, privacy).

5. Cookies and virtual items

Cookies, gifts, decorations and membership are virtual items valid only within the platform. They are not currency, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. Unused virtual items may become invalid when the service terminates.

6. Privacy

We only collect information necessary to run the service (account, chat records, preferences) and never sell your personal data. Chat records are used solely to provide conversation continuity.

7. Changes and termination

We may update this agreement and will notify you of material changes in-app. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated agreement. We reserve the right to restrict accounts that violate these terms.
